Andy Barrow - Director

Andy trained as an actor and has appeared on stage nationally and internationally.  T.V. appearances include "The Bill" "Eastenders", "Heartbeat", "Hetty Wainthrop Investigates", and his film work includes "Love and Death on Long Island" with John Hurt and most recently N.B.C’s epic mini series of "Robinson Crusoe".  He has worked extensively in the field of corporate training as a director, actor and facilitator.  He has also written and directed much of Oddsocks’ work for DVDs and conference rooms.

Elli Mackenzie - Producer

Elli trained as an actress and has toured nationally with Oddsocks and for other theatre companies including The Young Vic, Theatre Clywd, Frankfurt’s English Speaking Theatre and The Pomegranate Theatre, Chesterfield.  Elli has written and facilitated many of the company’s training productions as well as appearing in the scenes themselves.  She is a qualified N.L.P practitioner and successfully combines these skills with her knowledge of performance to create innovative and inspiring interactive training workshops for all types of business.

Kee Ramsorrun - Digital Wizard

Kee trained as an actor and film-maker and recently moved into design and motion graphics. He is responsible for overseeing much of the company's creative output, particularly in the digital area. Kee believes that a powerful image can stay with someone forever and so strives to achieve this for every client he works with.

Frances Newbury - Head of Marketing

Frances started out in Pirelli’s motorsport sponsorship department but was happiest when working at Burton’s Brewhouse Arts Centre. Since then she has spent 20 years as an arts marketing consultant including 8 years as a lecturer at DeMontfort University in Arts Management. She is also a qualified facilitator and event organizer. After a 3 year foray in the voluntary sector, Frances is back to what she loves doing - marketing Oddsocks.
