Whitefriars Housing Group is a not-for-profit housing and regeneration organisation that owns and manages approximately 17,000 homes across Coventry.

Whitefriars wanted to hold an event that would motivate their workforce by showing them how much their work was appreciated. Having worked with us before to great effect, they approached us and together we devised the idea of a Hollywood style awards ceremony. This gave the opportunity for Whitefriars customers to express their thanks to the staff and make them aware of the impact of their good work.

The event was spectacular with live pyrotechnics, famous actor lookalikes and the chief executive making an appearance as Indiana Jones! The whole day was rewarding for all involved, very successful and a lot of fun!
