Renaissance East Midlands aims to create a truly inclusive community across the cities and counties of the region by working with museums of all sizes. Nearly all museums in this region have benefited in some way over the past seven years.
We were asked to run a pilot training scheme for museums throughout the East Midlands to help educate staff in areas such as:
- internal and external communications
- customer expectations
- body language
- exceeding expectations
- creative thinking
The pilot scheme was such a success that Renaissance commissioned us to produce a training DVD and manual containing much of the material from the workshops and some of the live theatre pieces transferred to video.
This particular scene looks at the motivations behind each character working at the fictional Plague Museum of Portstown and was used as part of a session exploring personality typing in which we utilised our expertise in NLP and communications.
