Customer Care

We wanted to show that, by compiling footage from several different projects, we could understand the various aspects of a corporate issue and express our understanding in an emotive and affecting way.

We chose the subject of Customer Care, an issue that we have dealt with with various different clients, and produced a short film that shows the value of an individual approach and how much putting in the effort for your customers can really have a powerful effect.

Customer Care is just one of the subjects that we deal with on a regular basis. Others include: Equality and Diversity, Health and Safety, Continual Professional Development, Work/Life Balance etc.
