A Better Way

A Customer Care training film that used comedy to outline the value in the proper treatment and management of customers. We delivered a serious message with a comedic, lighthearted feel.

Face Values

An Equality and Diversity training film that showed there is always more than one side to a story. This project fused a corporate message and drama with amazing results.

Pyrotastic

A spectacular live event that gave customers the chance to show their appreciation to staff and reward them for their improved customer care, partly the result of a previous  collaboration with the client.
