We're a small but growing team of four core staff and a whole oddbunch of freelance actors, video crew and digital media specialists. Between us we have a blend of skills that help us bring creativity and insight to our clients' communications projects. 

Andy Barrow - Director

Andy trained as an actor and has appeared on stage nationally and internationally.  T.V. appearances include "The Bill" "Eastenders", "Heartbeat", "Hetty Wainthrop Investigates", and his film work includes "Love and Death on Long Island" with John Hurt and most recently N.B.C’s epic mini series of "Robinson Crusoe".  He has worked extensively in the field of corporate training as a director, actor and facilitator.  He has also written and directed much of Oddsocks’ work for DVDs and conference rooms.

Elli Mackenzie - Producer

Elli trained as an actress and has toured nationally with Oddsocks and for other theatre companies including The Young Vic, Theatre Clywd, Frankfurt’s English Speaking Theatre and The Pomegranate Theatre, Chesterfield.  Elli has written and facilitated many of the company’s training productions as well as appearing in the scenes themselves.  She is a qualified N.L.P practitioner and successfully combines these skills with her knowledge of performance to create innovative and inspiring interactive training workshops for all types of business.

Hope Ward-Brown - Assistant Producer

Hope has a wealth of performance experience including numerous roles with
Derby Shakespeare Theatre Company , she regularly trains at Derby Academy
of Acting. Theatre experience includes performing at the National Theatre
and Sheffield Crucible with the National Theatre Connections Festival. She
has worked and trained with companies such as the RSC, Derby Theatre and
The Touring Consortium. Hope is passionate about engagement, inclusion and
creating bold and memorable theatre which entertains and changes people.

Joseph Maudsley - Associate Artist

Joseph trained at Birmingham School of Acting. He has experience in 
feature films,short films, music videos and commercials. His diverse
talent has seen him tour nationally with Oddsocks Productions numerous
times as an actor-musician with shows including Julius Caesar, Robin
Hood
and Twelfth Night. Recently he appeared as the lead role in YSP
Media’s TV sitcom Jobseekers and was part of the award winning short
film Birthday Bash as lead actor and writer.
     

Andrew McGillan - Associate Artist

Andrew trained as an actor at Middlesex University. He has extensively toured with Oddsocks Productions with 13 productions including The Merry Wives of Windsor, Treasure Island and Hamlet. His theatre experience includes productions with Full Tilt, Creaking Door Productions and Rainbow Shakespeare. Andrew has worked on feature length films, commercials and corporate videos. As a talented actor-musician, he also tours music festivals with his alter-ego Heybus.

 

Dom Gee-Burch - Associate Artist

Dom has extensive touring experience as an actor, working with Oddsocks Productions on numerous productions including Twelfth Night, A Midsummer Night’s Dream and The Comedy of Errors. He is a highly skilled actor musician and is a member of the band Silverback. Recently he played Lord Farquaad in Shrek the Musical on the Isle of Man. He has worked as as writer, director and musical director. His experience extends to music videos and short films working with YSP Media, Seven Hills Media and Neutral Films.Seven Hills Media and Neutral Films.
